Hi, the 2 windows are for the database and Tomcat application server. It seems like your Tomcat server could not startup correctly. Perhaps you can check to see if you have any port conflicts, or antivirus software preventing it from running. Personally I would just signup for the hosted cloud.joget.com, saves me the trouble of installing and maintaining anything.

I checked and there were no port conflicts, as well as disabling my antivirus. Still not starting. By the way, I am planning to install apps in client servers/pcs, so I really need to know how to install/deploy on Windows first, and later on Ubuntu.

If anyone has successfully installed in Windows/ubuntu, kindly give me hints/instructions since the official instructions generally don't work.

Hi, I'm not sure what to tell you, because the instructions do work and the installation is pretty straightforward. By the way you should not close the Tomcat window when it is running. If you have trouble installing, perhaps you can try the hosted version on cloud.joget.com instead.
