Joget on Windows Server 2019

Good day all.

We have a development Joget server on Windows 7, also one on Windows 10, I've setup SMTP mail and everything is working 100%.

I've setup our Production Joget server on Windows Server 2019, all works, except the mail, just do not want to connect to mail server. Getting the following error:

javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: MailServerIP, port: 25;

We tried everything, getting nowhere. Please help.

Hi,

If you've tested your mail server using any mail clients (e.g. Outlook or Thunderbird) and it works fine, then maybe you need to check the antivirus that runs on your server. Might need to allow java.exe to send out emails.
