I don't think Joget has a priority system when starting a process.

Perhaps elaborate what you meant by "high priority".

What do you mean by "high priority." to its assignees?

Maybe make use of SLA with shorter duration and/or deadlines for notifying assignees for urgency to look into the task assigned?
