Could not execute

Dear All

I have problem at my application in our production server,

At the start i realize that the task for approver is not shown at "my task" menu after revise by promotor (updateStatusByCoPromotor),

Then i see at the acitivty detail for list of pending is blank, nobody assign.

I look deeper at the log, it shown :
ERROR 21 Jul 2022 09:34:07 org.joget.workflow.shark.WorkflowToolActivityHandler - Could not execute tool [processId=appKaizenReportSystem#27#eKaizenReportSystemProcess, version=27, activityId=updateStatusByCoPromotor]
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute statement

Meanwhile, i tried import to another PC and server it was running well with no error.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, the error is truncated so there is not enough information. You will need to read the actual root cause error message that is output in the logs.
