Scheduler not able to access datalist with permission using email tool

Hi Team,

I have to send data list as email at scheduled interval.

Scheduler Menu with Email Tool to use datalist PDF endpoint to send email.
Its works fine if NO permission on datalist but end up login page PDF creation if permission imposed on datalist.
Scheduler is created for that app only and we tried to provide same permission on scheduler menu as well as datalist, but it does not solve the issue.

As data list contain sensitive info so can't be used without permission. Request your suggestion how datalist with permission can be used with scheduler.

Setup Details: Joget DX Enterprise (Version: 7.0.29 - build 29aa79a), Scheduler Menu (6.0.1)

not sure what you mean by "datalist PDF endpoint". Would you consider using datalist hash variable as an alternative? Hash Variable#DatalistHashVariable(New)

Thank you for response. I tried hash variable in email body and it works. But our requirement is to attach data list as PDF.
We take reference from link "Send Datalist as attachment in Email Tool". Its works fine and data list can be attached at PDF (Email tool attachments section) but stopped working as soon as we put permission on data list.

- Can we use HASH Variable to add data list as PDF (in email body or attachment section of email tool)? I tried same hash Variable as URL and System Path in attachments but no success. Please suggest if possible.
- Any thoughts on data list permission issue. Seems issue with scope of scheduler.
