Dear support

I have a joeget cloud (https://advancedev.cloud.joget.com/ , advancefin.cloud.joget.com)

I can sync ldap but I am sorce allow all IP (all source ip public not security)

I have ping advancedev.cloud.joget.com is respond ip 54.193.24.224

I ‘m use source 54.193.24.224 in firewall but cantnot sync ldap

Can you tell me ip public outgoing you
