Hi, can I ask how to enter this? I just enter password and new password based on email had sent to me but it keep it error in incorrect for username and password?  Someone had never try this?

Try enter as follows:

Login=====================

  • Login: Password: Password as in email, exactly

New Password===============

  • New Password: <new pw here>
  • Confirm New Password: <new pw here>

I just try this method but it does not work. It is involved the settings in security enhanced directory manager?

Maybe your login account could be locked. Do try reset your password again after a few hours.

Hi Matthew, i just follow your step again it works after i copy the temporary password had given in email and try enter new password and confirm new password. My mistakes put my account email in those password.
