Once you have enabled a directory manager, the in-built user module will stop working.

It seems that you may have locked yourself out. To disable your LDAP plugin to gain access again, get into the database and look for wf_setup table.

Remove the 2 rows that starts with "directoryManager".

Then, Joget Workflow will fallback to default directory manager again. Once you are in, turn on debug mode when configuring your LDAP and test using other browsers so that you don't lock yourself out again.

But now I need to reconfigure the AD seting again using the admin password. How then to avoid the locing behaviour. what should I do login using the AD users.

The Joget Enterprise free version is valid for first 3 users only. The first 3 users counted in alphabetical order. If your AD has thousand of users, do consider purchasing an unlimited version.

How can I know them, do they save on DB level? as we have more than 1000 users.

Hi, if your LDAP configuration is not correct, you can still login as the admin as stated in the article LDAP Directory Manager: 

You can fill in with the values you used for "Admin Username (Principal)" and "Admin Password (Credential)" to login to the console if your mapping is not working properly.
