It is hard to estimate the storage needs for Joget processes, forms, datalists, and user views because it depends on:
- How many apps do you have?
- How big or small are your apps?
- How many processes do you have in your apps?
- How many records you will have in your apps?
- The size of the form (total fields) will affect the size of your database?
- Whether you use the Process Data Collector and Form Data Audit Trail plugins, which consume a lot of database space.
I would recommend starting with the biggest space size that you can afford (assuming on AWS) and monitoring the space usage on a monthly basis to plot a trend you can use to forecast for the future.
