Missing Role(s) data in Setup Users

Hi,

Below are the process for New User Registration  

Process

 1.User Registration Process (Permission "Is Anonymous")------>User Approval Process (Permission "Admin")

Once I approve user registration, user key in username and password in login page and system show error "No Permission, Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page"

I check on SETUP USERS table, missing Role(s) field (PIC 1), once I add manually as USER (PIC 2), user able to log in

Why the Role(s) data missing once i approve the application

The free User Management Utility app in Joget Marketplace has examples in form "SetupUserEmployment" where you can examine:

  1. How the user fields are organized in the form.
  2. How the data is stored into database using   Directory Form Binders and how field mappings are used.
