Activity in open.running state

When the process is started from JSON API and the first activity is a route or a tool the state ActivityState is set to open.running and never set to completed.

When the flow ends, the process remains in open.running state.

Hi, I have not encountered this before. You might want to share a sample that can demonstrate the issue.
