Empty Inbox

Confluence User - 08 Mar, 2017

Im getting an empty Inbox with a user that should have permission to view a form in the current state of the process. The user is assigned the the corresponding participant.

Does anybody have some idea what I may be doing wrong?

1. Did you check that the user actually assigned the task?
2. In the configuration of access to the Inbox from the userview did you select all the processes or the specific process you want to display?
