What Jasper Reports libraries or server need to be installed?

What Jasper Reports libraries or server need to be installed on the server on which Joget Enterprise version is installed in order for the Jasper Reports Userview element to function? I have pasted a jrxml file created in Jaspersoft Studio 6.4.0 into a Jasper Reports Userview Element in Joget 6. It is one of their sample report templates, prior to adding a data source. When I run it in Studio I see the fixed text and graphic elements. However, when I select the Userview element I get a few screen refreshes but see nothing and there are no entries in either the Joget log nor the Tomcat log. Do Jasper libraries or Jasper Server need to be locally installed and, if so, which ones and in what way?
