Unable to install plugins on Joget DX8 Community?

Hello!
I'm having an issue installing plugins on Joget DX8 Community Edition. When I try to install any plugin from the Marketplace, it shows an "Installing" message but never completes (the plugin doesn't actually get installed). In contrast, when I try the same thing on the Professional Edition, I see both the "Installing" and an "Installed successfully" message, and the plugin ends up installed with no problem.
Is this normal behavior for Joget DX8 Community Edition? Or could there be something wrong with my installation? (I'm running Joget from the Docker package on Linux).
