Multiple Departments Sharing a Joget Workflow Platform

Hi,
I've recently been meddling around with Joget and I would like to know whether it is possible for multiple departments in an organisation to share a Joget Workflow platform but when it comes to managing forms/views/etc. I want to leave them to the respective departments.
For example, Finance department will manage their own apps (ie. create new forms, edit existing flows, etc.) but not able to gain access to manage and make changes to apps from HR.
Is this something possible? Any idea on what is the best workaround to set up for such an environment?
