Opinion on joget version for fast development

Nice day. I would like to ask for your advice, if you are so kind. I have to develop with my team a software to follow judicial files in a company. The software must contain the status of the files, the dates of the next expiration, the people who saw the files, aproval and be compatible with mobile devices. I think I should use the professional version with some pluggin or app for mobile development. It must be a fast development. 1 month or something. I think best option is professional option with some app or prebuilt template.
