I cannot see the admin bar

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help? When attempting to navigate to our client's Joget Workflow Enterprise website which is running version 5.0.18, I cannot locate or find the green pencil that will allow me to navigate in the admin bar, I have attempted with multiple browsers and tried re-installing Java but i cannot locate this.

Can someone help?

Hi, as in Managing Apps Using the Quick Edit Mode I believe that v5 does not have the green pencil icon which was introduced later.
