How to add a hyperlink in my login page of the apllication designed using joget?

I want to add a hyperlink in the login page that redirects to one of the forms designed in the application. Tried editing the login.ftl template but the custom code is not reflecting in the page.

Hi, in the Userview Theme properties, there is a Login Page UI section where you can add custom HTML for the login page header and/or footer.
