Text Prompt

Introduction

The Text Prompt element lets you write a direct message or instruction that is sent to the AI for processing. It is one of the most flexible elements, ideal for giving specific instructions, questions, or queries.

How to use it

To use the Text Prompt Element, add the Text Prompt prompt:

1. Locate the Text Prompt element under the Prompts section of the palette.
2. Drag and drop the element into the Drop a prompt to here area.
   

Configure Form Properties

To properly integrate and configure the Text Prompt, set the following fields:

• Message Role: Defines the role of the message in the context of a conversation:
  • User: Simulates a human asking a question or giving input
  • System:  Sets rules or behavior instructions for the AI
• Prompt: The actual message or instruction to the AI. This property features the Write with AI functionality, which uses AI to assist with writing prompts.

Write with AI

The AI-Powered Prompt Writer Helper is a "Write with AI" assistant available inside the Agent Builder to help users compose high-quality prompts. Users can describe their goal, and the assistant, powered by the agent's own configured LLM, will generate a suitable prompt, which can be inserted directly into the prompt field with a single click.
