Governance Health Check

Introduction

The Governance Health Check helps administrators monitor their app's health across three categories: Performance, Quality Assurance, and Security. This tool provides a comprehensive overview of the app's health and aids in maintaining optimal performance. 

1. Initially, the results will be empty. Click the Run Check Now button to start monitoring your app's health check.
   
2. The health check results will be displayed.
   
3. Click Manage Alert to set notification alerts.
   
4. To delete the data, click the Delete Data button.
   
5. To stop checking a certain component, click the Deactivate link.
   
6. Click the Configure link to configure certain components.
   
7. Missing Plugin shows the link of the missing plugin from the marketplace for download.
   

Configuration

• Manage Alert: Configure alerts to emails when a check is complete.
  • To (Specific email address): Specify the email address to send the alert to.
  • CC: Specify additional emails to send alerts to.
  • BCC: Specify email addresses to send alerts to that is hidden from other email receivers.
  • Subject: The email subject of the alertDefault value is "Health Check Report #serverName# : #status#".
    
• Delete Data: Deletes results from the last check.
• Run Check Now: Runs a new check.

Setting Intervals

• Select Show Open Issues Only or Show All Issues.
• Check Interval: Select an interval from 5 minutes to 1 week from the dropdown. Set to Disabled by default.

Categories

On the Governance Health Check table, you see 3 categories, each with its own components that are being monitored in the leftmost column.

Indicators

The top of the Governance Health Check page displays scores for Performance, Quality Assurance, and Security, highlighting which component of your Joget instance require immediate attention.

Status

Down to the category level, you can also see labels or scores for each component.

• Pass: Means the component is working correctly.
  
• Warn: Means a potential concern that may affect performance.
  
• Fail: Indicates an issue that needs attention.
  
• Score Percentage: Reflects the accuracy or the success rate of that component.
  

Details

The rightmost column displays details of each check, showing you results and what actions should be taken to improve performance, ensure quality, and strengthen security.

Action Buttons

Administrators can immediately take action with Action buttons available with scan results.

Depending on the health check, the options may include:
