Remove Orphaned Form Data Table

Overview

The Remove Orphaned Form Data Table feature helps maintain database integrity by identifying and removing leftover form data tables that no longer belong to any existing app version. These orphaned tables may remain after app versions are deleted and can occupy unnecessary database space.

This feature is available under Monitor > Governance Health Check, categorized under Security.

• Before clearing, the Orphaned Form Data Table section lists one or more orphaned form data tables.
• After clicking Fix It, all orphaned form data tables are successfully removed. Subsequent Governance Health Checks should report no issues under the Orphaned Form Data Table.

Notes

• This feature ensures your app’s database remains clean and secure by preventing the accumulation of obsolete tables.
• It is recommended to perform this check periodically, especially after major version removals or app restructuring.
